- Build B2B prospecting lists and make cold and warm calls to IT and Engineering C-level executives, Directors, and Managers across the CLT metro.
- Manage all prospecting sales activity in Salesforce
- Make sales appointments and deliver a sales pitch to business who use our services
- Negotiate Statement of Work, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Services contracts and rates with clients
- Work with Clients at understanding that staffing needs
- Work with Recruiting on finding the talent your clients need and presenting that talent to your clients
- Close every staffing deal by meeting gross margin goals and monthly placement goals
