Person needed to be responsible for computing systems and applications support across all CBC business lines. Will be responsible for the installation, support, and upkeep of server based systems and applications including email, voice services, file servers, web portal tools, as well as being a high-level resource for help desk support. This position sets systems and security policies and determines their application to the business need. This individual will provide primary/lead or escalation technical support for systems, technical staff, end-users and their systems; will support team members in tools and design standards to configure, deploy, and maintain PC and tablet systems running various operating systems (Microsoft, Apple, Mobile, etc.).
This position requires participation in a 24x7 on-call schedule. The successful candidate must have a minimum of six or more years’ experience in IT systems support, and four or more years in IT systems implementation, IT account and systems administration (Active Directory, email). Experience with Broadcast supporting systems is a plus. Must be proficient with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server through version 2013, Windows Server through version 2012, Windows desktop operating systems through version 8.1, Virus and Malware defense, SharePoint, VM ware, and security best practices. Must be able to lift PC and server systems as appropriate. Exemplary communications, management and customer services skills are necessary. A college degree required.
