Two (2) positions are required. This is a quick turnaround requirement. To receive a “Technically Acceptable” rating for LCMP-IDE SharePoint Developer, the Resumes/CVs (2) must clearly meet all of the following MQs:
a. MQ 1 - A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science plus one full academic year of graduate education in the specialized field; or, a bachelor's of Science a specialized field plus 3 years of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience.
b. MQ 2 - Completed a single college level course, or multiple college level courses, where the curriculum or combined curriculum, included a requirement in writing software code in the following languages: .NET[C#], Java, SQL Server, Telerik, DevExpress, HTML 5, ASPOSE, Adobe Flex (Flash/Air), and IBM ILOG Elixir; or, earned certification in the following software languages: .NET[C#], Java, SQL Server, Telerik, DevExpress, HTML 5, ASPOSE, Adobe Flex (Flash/Air), and IBM ILOG Elixir.
c. MQ 3 - Three years minimum experience in writing software code in the following languages: .NET[C#], Java, SQL Server, Telerik, DevExpress, HTML 5, ASPOSE, Adobe Flex (Flash/Air), IBM ILOG Elixir.
d. MQ 4 - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification.
e. MQ 5 - Experience with System Administration, Windows Server, Linux, IIS, Splunk, HBSS, DNS, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Team Foundation Server (TFS), and F5 BIG-IP LTM.
f. MQ 6 - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or equivalent experience serving as a Project Manager for multiple programs for five years or more.
g. MQ 7 - Experience writing custom web applications for a DoD ACAT ID program.
